The UAE company will establish two energy storage stations: the Banban Station with a capacity of 500 MWh, and the Zafarana Station with a capacity of 1,000 MWh.
The project comes within the framework of Egypt's Green Corridor Initiative, and upon completion, the project will save an estimated $1 billion annually by decreasing annual natural gas costs
